The Final Touch: Olive Oil & Sea Salt
Olive oil is a symbol of nourishment, healing, and blessings across many cultures. It nourishes the body from the inside out, keeping skin glowing and cells thriving. But beyond the physical, olive oil has long been used in spiritual traditions as a symbol of protection and anointing.

Let’s Make the Soup!
Golden Harmony Soup
Ingredients
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp sage
1 tsp basil
1 bay leaf
3 cloves garlic, minced
Ginger (measured to your liking)
½ onion, diced
2 carrots, chopped
2 zucchini, chopped
12 oyster mushrooms, quartered
3 medium potatoes, chopped
1 bunch kale, chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
Water
Sea salt (to taste)
Preparation
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
Add mushrooms, carrots, and zucchini. Stir and cook until the zucchini is soft enough to pierce with a fork.
Sprinkle in all the herbs and add the potatoes. Pour in enough water to fully cover the vegetables. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for about 45 minutes.
Add the kale, cover, and cook for another 15 minutes.
Salt to taste, serve warm, and let the healing begin!
